8" Thermoplastic Rubber ( TPR ) Layflat Hose for Produced Water Transferring Through the Weave Abrasion Resistant
Chemvey is one type of super heavy-duty through-the-weave Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) covered hose.
Chemvey hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the TPR compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.
Due to a state of the art extrusion process that completely and uniformly embeds the circular jacket in the TPR compound, Chemvey offers excellent protection against mechanical damage. The result is a singular and homogenous hose constructed without glues or adhesives

Temperature range: From -40° F to 149° F (-40° C to 65° C)
Standard length: 660ft (200m), 330ft (100m), 300ft (91.5m), 100ft(30.48m), custom lengths available upon request.
Couplings: LDHC V (groove), LDHC F/M, and Storz couplings, etc.
Remark:When hoses are used for produced water, couplings should have chemical resistant coating
